This deal seems pretty much insane. If you look at the seller's feedback people are getting apple sealed refurb units.

$1369 for a max'd out macbook air m2. Apple on their refurb site has the same machine for $2089.... new is $2400

I had purchased this last week. I received a legit Apple Certified device that was factory sealed. It has full warranty and is eligible for Apple Care as well. Smoking deal!
Just to confirm, you received the 24GB/2TB version?

Good luck. They listed the wrong specs for the model number. The model number corresponds to this guy:

https://www.bestbuy.com/site/macb...Id=6509651 [bestbuy.com]

So the price is actually higher than retail? Who knows what you're getting with this thing. If you are brave, you could reap the rewards, or end up paying more than retail,
I believe that model number simply corresponds to the 10 core GPU (versus the 8 core GPU version) and Midnight black color but it can be custom configured with any RAM configuration and storage configuration. The model you've link at Best Buy is simply the base configuration for this model, whereas this refurb is the max configuration for this model.

may be not. just return if you indeed get a 8GB-512GB SSD model which is way off ! quite obvious seller would have checked after few order returns day 1 !

solid deal indeed.

This feels too good to be true. Kinda like the Amazon e-bikes from a few months back.

That's great, what's the battery health percentage?

I'm outside the window to return my M1 1TB/16gb I received from this seller, but that too was apple certified.

I'd bit on this 100/100 times as it's an insane build similar to what I got in Dec.

Where does all-day battery life come from? It doesn't. The claimed 10 hours isn't real - and the Macbook's 18 hours IS.

Because the MacBook is TWICE as fast as the PC you posted in multi and 62% faster in single threaded tasks.

The one you mention is several years old with a mediocre screen - and would be perfectly fine for a lot of people. The review leans on the fact it's several years old and discounted and specifically mentions how bad the trackpad and clicking is on it.

So try with a better PC - you could probably find one comparable and still 50% of the MacBook to prove your point. But this PC ain't it.

What is the battery cycle count, power cycle and write amount to HD?

You can run DriveDX to get some interesting stats on its HD life.

Was an interesting and unexpected review!

Might grab the Mac to replace my oldddd 2012 mbp but that Dell seemed nice for the price
