Zinc really is the only one that I'm considering. I have other forms of zinc, but still nice to have this for those days when you really want to load up.

Therapeutic and effective daily zinc dose is between 7.5 - 10mg. Anything more is not only wasteful, but would cause daily nausea, vomiting and stomach upset. This dose is >5x the recommended dose! It's sad that manufacturers are allowed to do that, but supplements are not FDA regulated. Don't hurt yourself, get a pill cutter and cut these in 3 or 4 pieces.

Nah, the actual elemental magnesium in these supplements are much lower than the dose, especially since these are for magnesium oxide, the worst of the bunch. I would recommend around 1g of magnesium biglycinate (15%) at night and make sure you're getting your fair share of Vitamin D.

Ummm....I was specifically only talking about Zinc, a different element.
