I've never seen any OLED tv at any Walmart store near me in Phoenix. All the TV's they sell in store are cheap LG, Samsung, Hisense, TCL, Vizio and Phililps models.

I've never seen an OLED in any Walmart. Ever. Target has a 2021 OLED that's been there forever that still rings up 1099
Same here. It's like a 55 inch a2 for 1200 bucks. But it still blows away all the led tvs on the the display wall.

Not for most people. If you leave it on CNN all day, sure.

Placebo effect. Samsung uses LG's OLED panels.
Not sure if this is your issue, but just in case anyone runs into an issue where their panel looks darker, make sure to turn OFF all the energy saving features. Doing this will greatly improve the brightness and the picture will look miles better. That was my issue with the C3 when I first set it up. Looks great out of the box but I could tell it had a much more "cool" hue and I thought it was just the series I was watching being filmed that way. Then I went into the settings and saw energy saving is on by default, which they have when displayed in stores as well. I think that plays a part with the energy bill saving sticker on the panel.

Edit: Dang, I meant to reply to the other person.

Another data point here: Got lucky and found two 55" for $899 at the 15th Ave. and Bethany Home Rd store in north Phoenix. We snagged one, so there was one left as of a couple hours ago. Brickseek said there weren't any there at all, so don't necessarily trust that.

would have bought if it was 75", I can get a 75" non OLED at Costco at 500$ with 3 yr warranty so extra 600$ plus 10" less screen doesn't make it worth it
Dumbest comment I have seen. It's like saying buy a Honda instead of a Porsche. They're both cars 🤷
