Not those, but I recently compared the D15's to Triangle BR03's and there was no contest-- the Triangles were way more my taste. The mids are just way faster and more present on the Triangles.
Bro3 is great speaker for money. I believe D15/17 needs good power amp ( high current output) sometimes I notice some speakers are not easy to wake up to sing.

Any comparisons on this vs the Polk lsim 707/705 models ?
You need a strong high current amp with the LSiM series. The LSiM are said to be a gateway to high end gear when driven properly.

I already have, just wanna know if anyone has listened to both Lsim and br09. If so, how are they different and which is more likeable in general.

How's the bass on these compared to the BR03? I have a set of BR03 in my bedroom & they're great, but looking for a bit more oomph in the low end.

How are these compared to Klipsch RP-8000F which were $325 each?

Better than br03 but you really need a sub for the oomph.

If all you want is better low end, a subwoofer would offer a lot more bang for your buck. (And would probably blend in better esthetically with bedroom decor.)

Has anyone tried these and the BR03's?

I currently have a 5.4.1 system with BR03 as my font L & R, BRC1 as center, BR02's for surrounds and shooting down from the ceiling for Atmos, and an SVS sub.

Would upgrading to these for L & R be a noticeable improvement, particularly for music? Or would I regret spending the money?

the triangle model would be more neutral / even in its performance. the klipsch have more hills / valleys in their performance. it can be negated a bit by using them off axis. but overall i prefer the triangle out of those 2 models.

when you hit this price point ($1,000/pair) there are a lot more really good options. look at KEF, Martin Logan, Monitor Audio all have good options. look for demo units, open box, etc. at your local store or online, for $1,000 you should be able to find some really great sounding speakers

Since majority of music is listened with 2.1 (aka Front L and R speakers) I think these would be an upgrade IF your room is big enough for them. They need a little space to open up compared to bookshelves. So for a living room or large listening room, yes. Normal bedroom sized room I would be hesitant

100%. I've owned both. The triangles blow them away. The R253's are why I no longer trust online reviews.
