Costco Item 1801919
https://www.myq.com/products/smar...deo-keypad (For reference only)

Lowest price I've seen (albeit a couple cents, haha).

My Local Costco here in Oregon has these on clearance and has plenty of them. I ended up purchasing this from Amazon a few months back for close to $70, plus a spare battery and have been happy so far. I mainly purchased these so I can remotely setup garage door codes for guests. Cheap enough you can just grab two and have a spare battery and spare opener.

Compatibility
From Chamberlain's website "Compatible with LiftMaster®, Chamberlain®, Craftsman®, Raynor®, and AccessMaster® garage door openers installed after 1993 that use photoelectric sensors"

Even if you don't use the video service, this is a great deal if you are in need of a garage door opener that you can have visibility into usage.

Just a heads up, MyQ/Chamberlain is a horrible company in my opinion, I would avoid their products. They've been dropping features from MyQ products for years.

Please update the post to include a link to the item on Amazon (assuming that is where it is on sale for this price).
This post is for Costco, not Amazon.

I just posted the item number, might be worth calling and seeing if they have it in stock, Ours was hidden on an end cap away from the electronics.

I too agree they are horrible. However, if you want a keypad and like the ability to know each time your garage door is opened and who opened it, so far, this thing rocks. YMMV of course, but it's good for me and just slightly more than a basic keypad with no ability to remotely set temporary codes, etc. Of course, you have to deal with a battery, but that's a tradeoff I'm willing to make.

agreed, i upgraded my dumb keypad w/ this one for $40 from costco a few months back and don't regret it. gives notifications when door is open and closed, and gives me ability to do a live view when i need for free. also it looks clean!

This is essentially a battery powered WiFi connected 1080p security camera.

The battery life is going to be terrible and you'll be locked out of your garage most of the time. It has no way to hardwire power to it, and must be removed to recharge it.

Hard pass. No wonder it's on clearance.
