A pillow insert is a pillow meant to go inside a throw pillow cover. Usually, the cover has some type of closure (zipper, tie, etc) to hold the pillow insert inside. Also known as a decorative pillow or throw pillow (insert + cover)
Ok, I had another item in my cart falsely thinking it was free shipping sitewide. Just the pillow gets free shipping.
Yes, the pillow insert has free shipping. If you add anything else to your order, the free shipping becomes YMMV.
This is one of the very few items at Crate & Barrel that's a genuine slick deal with free shipping, IMO. (C&B is typically a bit pricey for me, yet occasionally has a slick deal on something I'm interested in....)
