"Lately" "record profits" is subject to change. Long-term, they are deteriorating their reputation. Terrible customer service on top of this. Ever tried redeeming an "Offer" and gotten them to be accountable for inquiries/cases? They assign "case numbers" and then intentionally block all agents from accessing them.

Chase always pulls from 2 for me, and Discover card and WF recently did only pulled from 1 for me. I don't have experience with CapOne. I have reasonably high household income and 800 score. So if you have higher risk demographics (e.g. lower score, age, income, etc), that might be more likely to trigger all 3 for you.
If they have your SS number as having previously received the SUB, they will likely take your spend requirement and not give you the bonus.
You get such a warning if you don't use incognito mode. IIWY, I'd call to confirm your card is eligible before you spend extra money for a SUB they might not pay.

Yep, I did that last year after getting a similar Amex offer on my flight confirmation page. Just make sure your flight is liked to your Delta Miles account and you can do it all from the app/online.
