Trying to convince myself that I don't need this, but I'm addicted to Black & Yellow deals. Thanks for sharing.

I've owned this for 2 years and it is still my favorite job site music system. It goes with me for camping, beach day, tailgating, and lately for pickleball. Great sound but it's definitely heavy. I use the internal USB to charge my phone.

I have Craftsman version. It looks identical except slightly lower music quality and I like it a lot. It's nice to be able to have portable music and not worry about damaging the unit.

I own 2 TSTACKS and 1 ToughStack. They seem to be about the same.

Both good quality, built like tanks, and sound great.

No batteries. I am disappointed that my FlexVolt 60v batteries don't fit in the battery compartment.

Come to speak of it, the battery compartment is the worst thing about this. The battery flops around once the foam bumper loses its shape over time and can come lose when moving from one place to another.

Hard to access the battery as well when mounted to the toughsystem rig, unless it's on the very top shelf.

Can slide out of the frame as well since there are no locking "handles" on the sides

But other than that, this thing kicks ass.

How are these on the beach? Not in the water of course but will sand cause issues?

Too heavy? You do realize sound quality is directly related to magnet size, right? The weight is sound quality?

Too old? What does that even mean? Is there new technology that new units have?

I've had one for a few years. Goes SO well with my Dewalt rotomolded cooler strapped to the back of the boat. You can hear it over twin 3-cyl. two stroke engines.

They have a bit of waterproofing, so I don't see sand being a problem. You'll want to be sure to keep the battery and phone compartment clear of sand, though.

Don't believe that's an authorized reseller.
