These things are pretty low calorie. They also will give you terrible gas and a day of the shits if you eat several which is built-in portion control.

I didn't want to respond to the guy needing attention below, but the potential for gas and diarrhea is from sorbitol along with carbs. It's a dose dependent effect:

Thanks OP! I have a portion of these with coffee in the morning to keep things... moving along. Definitely do not chow down on a whole one if your body is used to a low fiber American diet.

Since you apparently need attention so badly you had to revise your remark, that would be "may" give you gas, not "will". I personally used to eat these very frequently and they never gave me gas nor diarrhea. Will absolutely vary based on your intestinal flora, etc. I think most people already know by now that any fiber-added product *may* have that potential.
