Not worth it. Been cheaper, price is not being tracked correctly because of DoD sale SKU.

Lowest this has ever been was $200 a few Black Fridays ago and it was tough to find in stock even online.

I know many will say you can get better kits for a better price but if you have been looking for this kit specially, with the packout and all, this is a good price and it is available.

Sae very very rarely used not worth it
Pretty much every industry other than auto mechanics use SAE regularly.

(And even auto mechanics sometimes do.)

You're right, like I said very very rare
It is only very very rare if the only things that you ever personally need a socket for are modern cars. But there are dozens of other types of mechanics out there regularly using SAE. It is not rare at all.

Even in an auto mechanics shop, where SAE may rarely be needed for a vehicle they are working on, practically everything else around them is SAE, like air fittings, electrical, plumbing, garage doors, beer fridge, and tool box casters.

That's not what I'm saying.

Can you add it to your cart? It throws an error when I attempt to do so, even with 1300+ available.

I got this for $150 I think on a random sale around the time it came out. I use mine all the time. I even took a white paint pen to help the plastic numbers stick out better. I use both SAE and the Metric. Metric more. The swivel connectors of mine fell apart but I get some MAC, Snap-On and Cornwell tools some so I picked up some much better quality MAC swivels to keep in my case instead. There is also little bit of room on the edge of the trays I keep a small adjustable ratchet and adapter bits. My mechanics Snap-On sockets was too big for my tires rim socket holes but the Milwaukee was thin enough to get the job done. I'm a big fan of my kit.
