In 2020, I bought a hammer drill from Northern Tool on sale. I had it shipped to my elderly parents house who needed one. I didn't open it till I finally saw them again for Thanksgiving about 8 months later. The box looked new but when you opened it, it had a regular drill in it (someone did return fraud). I called Northern Tool who said it's way past the delivery date so too bad. I complained about COVID stopping me from seeing it earlier and filed a BBB complaint. They sent me a new drill and a return label for the one I received. Try the BBB if you have a problem with them.
Update: it's a little over an hour since I placed the order, I went and picked up the lantern, noticed one on the shelf and purchased that at the same price. The cashiers face was shocked. No questions asked.. my last deal was a $69 M18 vac and light. I have never tried to have anything shipped.
