A regular plate is around $10, big plate is $11.50, so not really much of a deal that makes me want to go out of my way to Panda.

I prefer using the app and ordering ahead of time. I absolutely hate waiting behind someone who is trying to use a (probably expired) coupon - especially in a drive through. So much easier to do it myself in the app and just skip the line to pick up my food at the time I request it to be ready.

Panda is really working to increase their traffic. Of all of the fast food/casual places, I don't mind Panda. The steamed vegetables are pretty good in my opinion and they have main options that are not too bad calorie wise. Lots of salt in all of them however. Yes, prices have gone up but no more so than every other fast food/ casual place.

The chow mein/fried rice literary has no flavor. If im craving Chinese ill just go to my local hole in the wall chinese place. It taste 10x better and cost about the same.

Not sure where you are, but decent fried rice is about $16 for an order (about 2 servings). For the same amount, it's closer to $10 at Panda. As good, not even close, but not the same. No one goes to PE with the thought that it's authentic, just like no one goes to Domino's thinking it's authentic pizza. I grew up in Chinatown, and the fried rice there is about $15 an order, and sometimes, it doesn't even taste that good anymore.

Do they still do the family meal for $30 or less? With free delivery that wasn't a bad deal, haven't seen it in awhile. the only other place I can get Chinese ready to eat fast food is at the local ranch 99 market self serve, where you fill up a entire to go box clamshell container for like $10. 2 main entree items and fried rice or noodles. Obviously pretty greasy and not so healthy, so I only have it once in awhile

Yikes. The servings is supposed to be one heaping scoop, regardless of it being a premium item or not. That's what the premium charge is for.

I think they are trying to improve traffic because the recent price increases hurt traffic so much the food is not fresh so they lose even more traffic.
