My order has finally shipped. I had almost cancelled it due to the lengthy delay. I called CS 3x and they have no clue what's going on. They blamed the delay on Blue Buffalo so I called BB, and they verified they haven't received ANY orders from Pet Meds. After multiple calls, I found out they switched ordering systems over the weekend and it will take several more days to finally catch up on the orders.
