As a kid I always wanted a 12v power wheels but we were super poor. As a dad I finally bought one for my own kids and soon realized it was a pain to store in the garage. And I didn't realize how expensive those replacement batteries were. It took up precious space and not being used due to dead battery so I sold it online to a guy for $50 bucks. The kids saw the guy load it onto his truck and I told the kids the gentleman was going to see if he can fix it for us. Kids kept on asking me about that gentleman for several weeks...The life lesson I want to share is: _______.

You can get Milwaukee m18 tool battery to power wheel adapter...and a new excuse to get more tools.

I got an identical one for my little guy, but mine came with a remote. It has very little power and is only good on pavement. In case you're wondering, my son is about 17 lbs. Wish I had gotten a 12v model or, better yet, a 24v. This is a pretty great price for what it is, and a remote can be added for about $25 on Amazon.

You want a 12volt or more. This will be too slow for them. My 3 year old is bored with 6v speed

They have tons of tutorials on how to allow for any of the power tool 18v batteries( dewalt, Milwaukee, ryobe…).

I hear you about the garage space though. I wish I had the space for one but all my other hobbies take up all my space.

Not on this one. An 18v will fry the motor, ask me how I know...
