Sadly, no. Conversion rate is best for 1 month and gets progressively worse with longer conversion periods.

I waited about a month before redeeming my 2 years or maybe even a hair more. But they were from Target. Personally, I'd trust Newegg in this situation but I can't say that Ive actually tried it.

Why the difference in xbox live/gold..versus gamepass core..? Sorry if I'm misunderstanding what you're referring to as "gold" ..but I just converted 3 years of the older Xbox live, for 2 years of ultimate. Thanks in advance.

Yes, this is correct for new subscribers. This is the best deal you can get on two years gamepass ultimate if you're current subscription has expired or if you're new. This will not work for current/existing subscribers.

so my core is up in a few days and I just bough this. I also had ultimate stacked. so before I bought 12 month of core and 1 month ultimate and it would convert all 12 months. it dosent do that now?

I got 18 3-month codes for a little over $7 apiece back in August to extend my GPU to 2026 in 50-day blocks. Just over half the price of this deal, ended up being about $4.35/mo after conversion.

But a quick look at CDKeys and Eneba suggests this is actually a decent deal right now. I'd personally probably wait for a sale/code combo at one of those places unless my sub was going to expire in the next 2-3 months.

My sub IS about to expire, and I'm still going to wait - this does not seem like a great deal to me. I'll keep picking up single month deals until something better comes along.

Yes, I bought 3. Redeemed and then bought one month of Game Pass Ultimate (from G2A - had problems with Eneba) to convert to GPU through 3/3/26. My sub had expired back in November.
