I have the men's and it's a slim fit so runs quite tight for my usual Medium. I would size up to a Large if I bought again. I'm not sure if that applies to women's though.

Patagonia is def TTS, don't have any recent fIeece zips but one l've had for over a decade is stiII intact. Make sure to tumbIe dry low heat or hang dry onIy.

r1 air is my favorite fleece-like thermal layer. i own the half zip in mens and it's sometimes too warm (especially indoor).
