Keep in mind, no free returns on Amazon. The PTCG packaging was sealed. I did not unseal and open it yet, but it looks legit.
The price fluctuations the past few days are questionable. I am new to collecting PTCG and have read a lot on scams.. buy at your own risk I guess. I bought another thinking I could return the first order, but was offered $6.xx to ship it back. I will just keep both. Wouldn't buy again due to stupid amazon not doing price match and no free returns. Even though this is from the Amazon Pokemon Store, it is from a seller called "Burning Tree Gaming".
Overall, from my experience just now, I don't know enough about resealed packaging and do not think it's worth the purchase to save a few bucks to be scammed. Again, it "looks" legit to me and I also never have had "issues" buying over $500 worth of TCG the past month from multiple markets with people that leave bad reviews of being scammed.
Remember, people are quick to review on one stupid nuance (when they actually do have the ability to return), but most don't leave good reviews. I don't think I have had any "resealed" packages. Since this is from the Amazon Pokemon Store, it's safe to say I didn't get scammed, but what do I know.. Buy at your own risk.
