They keep shilling this brand on here. This company sells junk. Avoid it and buy something better.

Bio Bidet...the Russian Roulette of bidets....We've had 3 in the past, two died and one is actually still alive (it's in a secondary bathroom so doesn't get much use)

Saving grace is that it's Costco so it's an easy return...just keep your original packaging so you aren't walking into the return line at Costco with a toilet seat under your arm shake head

I have two, both work great. One direct from Costco one open box from eBay. Been hearing lots of complaints lately so maybe it's the newer models.

Ummm they have reps who are on this site who comment on peoples posts who complain. So yeh, they're definitely paying for adverts so it goes.

Disappointing to hear that a pricey brand has issues, but it seems like the functionality is better than alternatives so the deals are often popular. If you find one you can recommend hopefully it becomes even more popular Smilie

Yep, we learned the hard way too. 3 years in and if started leaking. Went to a Toto C2 and it's vastly nicer. I miss the capacitive seat sensor vs the mechanical one but everything else is so much nicer and better built.

Our similar bio bidet seat heater keeps breaking. We bought a replacement seat, and the heater broke again. Replacement parts are only covered for 1 year. It would be a great seat if it didn't keep failing.
