Unless I'm mistaken, these are 10 mg per capsule. The typical dose for a garlic supplement is in the 500mg - 1000mg range.

Seed oils (soybean included) are rich in omega 6 fatty acids, which promote inflammation, constricted blood vessels, and other harmful effects that can lead to heart disease.

You want to avoid seed oils as much as possible. Heck, look at how big and unhealthy America is, and look at what we're eating!

XxOmega-6 fatty acids are in vegetable oils, nuts and seeds. They're good to eat in small amounts in place of the fats that are solid at room temperature, call saturated fats. Omega-6 fatty acids can be good for the heart and seem to protect against heart disease.xx

Incorrect. Based on legitimate, peer-reviewed studies (and not flawed ones funded and designed by big pharma and large corporations), omega 6 is not good for us at all.

Unsaturated and trans fats raise your bad (LDL) cholesterol levels and lower your good (HDL) cholesterol levels. These changes are associated with a higher risk of heart disease. Trans fats are found in many fried foods (your vegetable and seed oils). Baked goods, such as pastries, pizza dough, pie crust, cookies and crackers also can contain trans fats, which are not good for us.

You want soft gel supplements that are made of extra virgin olive oil, which is extremely healthy for us!

Not unsaturated, but saturated fats, that are solid, increases bad cholesterol ldl. I think you are confusing the two.

That's false, my friend. I studied this in university and stay updated with the studies on this topic. It's the media and large corporations who are feeding us these lies, making us think saturated fats are bad for us, but they are indeed very good for us.

They lie to us to keep us fat, sick, and nearly dead, so we can continue buying pharmaceutical drugs and "healthy" products that don't actually help our overall health.

Research Dr. Berg and you will learn the truth, based on peer-reviewed journals and facts.

Just trying to look out for the community. I love y'all!

Just buy the garlic cloves at the supermarket.
Not expensive and the real garlic is good for you.

I have been using garlic cloves for a long time in my veg. smoothie. But, come pandemic, they have gotten super expensive.

Interesting. The whole internet is wrong? Then why is your assertion not in search results? I have watched Berg ytube, it's about natural stuff he talks about and he also recommends all these supplements. Quite frankly, I haven't learned much of anything new from him what I already know. In some videos, he has supplements to grow hair, then in others, he is marketing others. So, don't know who to trust

Also, do you use supplements with Gelatin? Can you educate the audience on pig consumption as well?
