A65K from Costco is 60Hz, A76K is 120Hz 60Hz, too but has HDMI 2.1 and Dolby Vision. Neither have MiniLED backlight (which provides more even lighting and more nuanced dimming capabilities). Neither will have excellent viewing angles, but if it's just couch/bed/single viewing point you still have at least 120º of viewability before you start getting weird aberrations.
If this is your first 4k TV or it's for anything other than ripping your eyes out with 8k 120Hz gaming, its a fine TV, a great price for 55" and one of the few smart TVs without Amazon's passive NSA outpost listening to you shit. I'm debating but I'm also debating whether ripping my eyes out with a much more expensive higher quality model is worth investing in before the war.
***ignore, I looked it up myself.
So what does the "qled" denote if it isn't mini led?

According to the specs on bestbuy this is 60hz not 120 hz.

A UHD TV operates like a QLED TV in that it has an LED backlight and LCD screen, but it lacks the QLED TV's quantum dots used to improve color and brightness. The most important thing to remember is that UHD is not technically a type of TV, but rather a description of its 4K resolution.
How much could I expect to get a 55u7k for if it gets a sale? Trying to see the difference in price between this and that at their most likely discounted prices.

For those trying to figure out how this stacks up to other TVs, my guess is that it's very similar to Hisense's other budget QLED (possibly even a rebadge). Full review of that here: https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/hisense/u6-u6k
tl;dr was pretty good for budget, main dings were viewing angles and content smoothing
The UK6 reviewed in the link provided is quite a step up from the OPs A76K, as it has both mini-LED, and local dimming. The other Hisense TV mentioned in this thread, A65K, is a lower tier than the A76 because it lacks QLED technology. The one difference in of some sizes of the A65k use an IPS screen, while not as bright, has better viewing angles if that is important for your application..
55", 65", and 75" use an IPS screen, while the 50", and 58" versions use a VA screen, like the rest of the Hisense lineup.
Overall the A76K posted by the OP seems like a good deal for this class of TV. I am searching for something in this class for my brother, and if his situation did not require a fairly large viewing angle, I would definately recommend this set.
Worst effing brand I've ever owned. Both tv's stopping working with one making it to 1.5 years and the other 9 months. I've tried every reset and nothing. Talking to Hisense is a waste of time with send it and we will inspect it for damage. Also include receipt. Thinking the tv shipping cost will be $50-$100. Junk.

Ah, good catch. Guess it really is some weir amalgamation of the two.
Probably safest to assume it's more like the A65K with slightly better colors/contrast.
Opted for the a65 at costco for $500. Why? Because I can easily return it to costco within the three years with the included concierge warranty. No hassles. Get your money back and buy another TV. Have done this multiple times before.
Are the TVs breaking that much that you are returning them?
