What if I keep the battery and return the drill. The 2.0 amp battery for $38 seems like a good deal. Yes or no
That's the same thing I was wondering. I might try it

I have had and regret purchasing. Rarely use it.

It's so slow rotating and has so little torque nothing gets cleaned. Floors? Just makeovers surface dirt around and you still have to get on hands and knees to get grime.

In fact any scenario I've used this, I've needed to put a lot of elbow grease in after the fact. It's really annoying and just takes up space. I've used in siding, car, floors, bathtub etc been a complete waste.

If you're in upstate New York you can come try mine and we can both revel in what a waste of plastic it is.
I ordered the handheld last year and HD sent me the bigger one by mistake. I even verified my receipt. I decided to keep it because.. even more of a slick deal right? I wish had called them out on it and had them send me the cheaper smaller one instead.

Whoa I'm game for anything to make bathroom and shower cleaning more efficient!

So power washing showers is the way to go?

Will it lead to grout cracking sooner from the pressure wash?
To clean shower/tub I spray a mixtures of dish soap, vinegar and a few drops of bleach. Let it soak for half an hour and then use the RYOBI 1800 PSI 1.2 GPM Corded Electric Pressure Washer. (https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI.../317623149) got mine from DTO for $60

I use a separate short handle and keep the the spray a few feet from the tile. No cracking of tile or grout and comes out pretty clean.

For a deep clean I use a drill brush but have been curious about using the telescoping power scrubber to save my back and knees.

They also make a power scrubber that dispenses soap (https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI.../321954650), I'd like that from DTO when on sale with free shipping.

Curious how this compares to the HART brand power scrubber which seems equivalent and also made by TTI and found on DTO

No kit with triangle head for this deal.

Other version has hex head with kit of different brushes.

Triangle heads look pricey.

much better than a regular drill?
When I was shampooing the carpet with some deep stains I was planning on using my drill with an attachment, but right away it was overheating and I knew it wouldn't work. I picked this one up and got the job done. However, I still used the drill on some stubborn stains because the higher rpm's help get the hard spots out. But other than that I haven't had a use for this one.

Any high performance battery deal?
I would presume since you asked the question here that you're looking for a Ryobi battery. To that question last year I purchased this item which allows me to use either a DeWalt battery or a Milwaukee battery right with my Ryobi tools. I should say tool, because I only have one Ryobi tool at the moment. And it's great to be able to kick on a big five amp hour Milwaukee or DeWalt battery to run my Ryobi hot glue gun.

Great deal, I'm torn if I should get it or wait for a deal on the telescoping version.... Anyone have experience with this one or the telescoping one and can shed some light on pros or cons of each size?
I have both and use them both for different situations. I'd buy them both again. This one is great for the shower and other tight spaces, the telescoping version is great when using on floors and higher reach spots. If you have a chance get them both.

Adapting a different brand battery may or may not work in the waterproof battery compartment of this tool. A 4ah Ryobi battery pretty much fills it.

Good eye and good point.
I didn't see that cover.
Some of us would pull it off anyway. 🤣

Awright, you two. Guess which patterns the Home Depot algorithms look for? Yeah, that's right. Besides, not cool.
