Offer valid from February 1 to 14, 2024, until 6 pm (NY local time), on a limited selection of flights until December 31, 2024, with at least one night from Saturday to Sunday at the destination. The price displayed is for a round trip for 2 people and includes all taxes. Fare conditions: the 2 passengers must travel together on both flights and can modify their ticket up to 2 hours before departure (a fare adjustment may apply). In case of cancellation, the ticket is non-refundable.
If one of the two passengers wishes to cancel, the other passenger can maintain his trip with a fare adjustment to the first individual fare applicable depending on availability, at least equal to or higher than the initial fare.

Food is not cheap there but it doesn't have to be super expensive. It's because they take their meals there seriously. Just avoid touristy areas.

Play is an ultra budget airline, La Compagnie is a luxury airline. There's no coach with La Compagnieā¦ the service is superb, you get champagne and meals, all the seats fully recline so you can sleep, etc.
Play and Norse are like the Spirit airlines of Europe. You'll arrive there safely, you just won't like it.
With that said, if you want to save some money but still fly direct, my favorite Paris airline is French Bee. It's definitely closer to Play/Norse than La Compagnie, but it's cheap and you don't get that "you are literally human cargo, sit down and shut up" feel like on Play and Norse
Might take this instead of flying to Osaka first class RT. The price for two tickets is really good. And I highly recommend Christmas in Paris. It's a pretty great atmosphere and there are fun activities for couples to do.
As for Business class, of course it is worth it at the right price. For $1900, heck yeah, when you compare to what economy on United costs. $3000 and up well that's different. I will say the times I have done business class on an overnight flight to Europe is fantastic. I personally find it very hard to sleep on an economy seat. On a lay flat seat, I can easily sleep. Waking up refreshed and ready to enjoy that first day is priceless as compared to being jet lagged from lack of sleep.
Everyone is different, you do you, but don't judge others when you are spending over $1200 on a gaming laptop or video card or phone.
?? I visited Paris as recently as 11/2023 and 12/2022. The city is very clean by all major city standards. You don't encounter many homeless. The subway is clean and efficient. Traffic is the only thing I would say is an issue but that's to be expected.
