It looks like the list of participating retailers has been drastically reduced — Home Depot / Advance Auto / Autozone / Oreilly (to name a few I can recall) are now all INELIGIBLE!
Per the fine print:

Buyer beware, pennzoil's track record with these rebates is on the decline.

I ordered 2x 5 quart bottles last year (on Amazon) when this offer popped up on SD. I submitted all my paperwork, order ID, multiple pictures, filled out the form, etc. I hear nothing from them for a few months (unsurprisingly they don't even send an email confirmation). Then I decided to check one day and was rejected for the rebate for seemingly no reason (I am unable to find that search page again). This is not to say anything negative about the oil itself, I was able to use up all 10 quarts on my vehicles and they've been just fine. But if you're doing this for the deal like I was, make sure you're willing to risk buying the oil at full price in case you go through the same as me.

I don't know if it is comments here or a youtube video comparing motor oils, Platinum is the one you should buy.
