It looks like the list of participating retailers has been drastically reduced — Home Depot / Advance Auto / Autozone / Oreilly (to name a few I can recall) are now all INELIGIBLE!
Per the fine print:
"Sponsor may amend, modify, cancel or extend this offer, at any time, without notice."
Buyer beware, pennzoil's track record with these rebates is on the decline.

Older Toyota 5 k oil change was with REGULAR OIL not Synthetic and that was the MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDED OIL CHANGE INTERVAL.
If you're going to try and BS me at least make it believable.
Have a great day
Your ignorance is amazing. It truly shows how Little you know. now your saying that Regular oil is the same as Synthetic.
I guess you think 87 octane is the same as 93 octane gas because they're both made from oil.
I'm still waiting for that proof that changing the oil at the recommended intervals damages my engine.
Surely after many years there's plenty of proof. Right?
I'm only asking for 1 STUDY .
Also note the statement about using higher viscosity oil at extremely low temperatures..."the engine may become difficult to start". THERE IS NO WARNING ABOUT DAMAGING THE ENGINE WITH HIGHER VISCOSITY OIL!

Older Toyota with 5K mile oil change warning light have no problem hitting 200K."
You really need to make up your mind . Now you're saying TOYOTA is RIGHT on oil change intervals.
32 shipped for 10 qts of 0w20? Great deal.
Am I probably losing out on a few bucks? Sure. But I don't have to risk that they might reject my rebate ordeal with the hassle of submitting receipts.
Now if I didn't have a Costco membership already, I'd be all over this!

Also oil companies who SELL the oil would make more money if people change their oil more often yet they also say you can go longer on their oil.
I guess they think oil companies don't want to make more money.
It's laughable.
I've been waiting YEARS for that study that says changing oil at the recommended intervals damages the engine.
still nobody can show me even one.
try using Google. why should anyone do the work for you.
