1. I VPN to Nigeria, click the eneba link and buy the code.
2. Log in to my MS account while still VPNed to Nigeria, then redeem the code.
3. Now no more VPN, log in to the usual US account and the game should be there in my account to download and install?

@konjecture - You don't need to use a VPN to buy the code on Eneba, only for when you log in to your MS account to redeem the code. You may need to temporarily change your MS account region first to Nigeria. Then redeem. Then you can switch back to US. Once redeemed, the game will be in your account and you can turn off the VPN, it is no longer needed.
