TiVo is running a promotion starting today for the TiVo Edge for Cable with Lifetime All-in-Service-Plan for $325.24 with free shipping. This model as 6 tuners and a 2 TB drive. Add both to Cart and use code TIVO25EDGE. This is the lowest price I've ever seen on this bundle. Ends 31 March 2024.
Website is down. Would be nice to know some specs on this. How many tuners? Any OTA functionality?
Edit: Looks like the Tivo Edge for cable has 2 tb drive and 6 tuners. Not bad for this price...but I must resist dumping any more money into this company.
Dumped all my Tivo. They have been bought out by an Indian company only interested in squeezing as much money as they can from customers. Bad customer support, zero innovation. They disabled my lifetime service from my Tivo even though I purchased the unit with lifetime service! The fine print says that lifetime service can be revoked at any time! So dont believe that you are getting lifetime service even if you pay for it.

Well, this is the Tivo Edge for Cable. As far as I know, the last Tivo that could do both cable and OTA (but not simultaneously) was the standard (4 tuner) Roamio (not Pro or OTA).

I have a Bolt that can do both. But between ATSC 3 and the death of cable cards the writing is on the wall for sure.
You couldn't pay me to patronize this company. They disabled four lifetime Tivos on me with an over the wire update. Money down the drain is spot on !!!
7 years of unsolvable problems sounds... undesirable.
Sorry, meant unsolvable. Had issues but was always able to fix. Knock on wood, since MESH install, no issues that a simple reboot couldn't fix. Class action if they take lifetime away?

Apparently, you're right. I didn't know about that model Bolt. I agree with you about the writing being on the wall, especially with cablecards. However, I'm less confident about ATSC 3.0 panning out. Between the AC4 audio and DRM debacles, it seems intent on sabotaging itself. I don't think it's going to become mainstream anytime soon, if ever.

Is my Roamio OTA, no cable option, ok? Been using it for maybe 7 years now without any solvable problems.
For what it's worth, my Roamio died at 8. I had an entire donor for spare parts but it seems the issue was with the motherboard (which the lifetime service is tied to).

Can you give more details about this? How were they disabled? What did TiVo say when you reached out?
