A crappier screen, and Costco's return policy and warranty, that's it.
I think the reasoning is, Costco has 90 day return policy, so it can't be too competitive as people will just return a lot. and they still take a cut off the top, and they double manufacture warranty, instead 1 year, Costco makes it 2. so Costco doesn't want to give you a great deal. an okay deal.

So Costco is 200 cheaper and the difference is the worse screen, but I get 2 years of warranty. May work for me as I plan to use it as mobile workstation between office and home where I have monitors, with only occasional travel. Thanks for the info!
