Lots of options for T handle bit holder torque wrenchs that automatically slip or shift when you get to the torque setting. Faster and easier if you do a lot of 4nm or 5nm but don't need other settings. If you own a nice bike there are a lot of parts (stem, seat collar, brakes) where 5nm is needed and more can cause damage.

The one I use is pretty similar to this

The Park Tools ATD is probably a higher quality item.
Compared to the cost of nice bike parts that could be ruined by incorrect torque, the extra cost of the Park torque driver [parktool.com] isn't that bad and it is a great functioning tool that is a joy to use.

There are 2 options to buy. The one being sold for $39 does not list that it makes a sound at the target. The more expensive one does. One of the reviews even mention that it doesn't make sound at target. Seems useless to me at any price if it doesn't signify target.
Wow, that sounds kind of stupid, the difference in cost between having sound and not is negligible, but the benefit is significant. I can't even imagine a justifiable reason for not having sound to indicate proximity to spec torque.
