PS. Kidding aside, I've stopped buying from Temu for similar concerns but also to not support their economy but its almost impossible for cheap stuff or even expensive stuff as its still manufactured in China (Amazon, Walmart and everywhere else). Once big reason I stopped is that that qualify of items sold on Temu is a lot miss vs hit and returning it or getting support is much more hoops.

Now they've got their customers they've changed it to a real return policy where you even have to return the original plastic wrapping the product came with. It's ridiculous and I haven't really ordered from them since because honestly some of the stuff really is absolute shit and not worth a dime so without the refund insurance it's just not worth it.
