Ordered 2 on the last sale. These are great heaters. Highly recommend them, great build quality. A very strong fan. We haven't had to turn on our heater at home.

1,500 Watts at 110 volts is 13.6 Amps. If you have this plugged in on a 15 Amp circuit and are running a few other things, then yes, it will trip. That's not an issue with the heater but with your home and your energy consumption meaning whatever else you have running on that circuit breaker.

there is "no fix" because nothing needs to be fixed.. if you are tripping breakers, it's because you are overloading it or have a faulty breaker.

This for $30 (basically) or the 16" version for $45? They are both 1500W. At the same wattage, will a larger heater throw more heat? Any other relevant differences between the two?

We bought 2 last sale.

Used them primarily in our non-insulated garage on a home we just purchased. Just to keep the garage from freezing. It was -5° outside and we were able to keep the garage at a steady 38° (higher once the outdoor temp went up).

We ran 2 on a 20 amp breaker at full speed/full heat which should've been 3000 watts between them both, never tripped a breaker. (surprisingly wasn't too costly when the monthly electric bill came in)

We prefer the oscillating model vs non-oscillating; in theory it directs air better besides just beaming one spot. (Guess it didn't really matter for our situation as it's rising and going out the roof).

We liked the functionality of being able to use an app to remotely handle the heaters when we were not at home. Having a tip over protection was awesome. Has led lights you can set for ambience.

Unless you set a schedule, it auto turns off after 24 hours in case you forget it's running.

I will say, do not use extension cables, they will get hot when you run at 1500W, if you run it lower speed/heat, then it doesn't. Just gotta check the power cables your using to make sure it can handle the workload.

The heat on these are just about instant, maybe 2-5 seconds max. They throw a good amount of air unlike some other models we've tried.

Overall a great price for heaters. Better in comparison to a lot of other brands.

definitely sales people are posting the offers on slickdeals and if anybody raises comments comes for saver rather than handling product issues, best of luck guys who brought
maybe thier are, I don't know and honestly neither do you. however, what we all seem to know is how electricity and a breakers works. while you seems to not understand what everyone is telling you.. not everryone on this site can be govee sales employee's looking to convince you it's not a product issue.

Biggest problem with this unit is Auto mode always puts it on High (1500W). I have the linked Govee thermometer, which works great to turn it on and off, but I don't want it on High because it's a shared circuit. It doesn't trip the breaker but I don't want to tax the connections. Low uses 900W, which is plenty hot, but I have to use it manually/with timer because of the deficiency. Forums say the more expensive model remembers which power setting you last used when in Auto mode.

I submitted a ticket in the app; it should be repairable with a firmware update.
they released an update in the app which now lets you select a range and high, med or low.

Holy crap 3000w that would never turn off heating a garage your electric 💡 bill must be through the roof

"wasn't that bad " 😂😂

I have the non-oscillating version since Black Friday. As many have mentioned, it's one of the best. Returned many space heaters to Amazon. I'm sure I'm on their naughty list by now, lol. I bought a similar Dreo, and works equally well. Both this Govee and Dreo did fantastic for my 10x10 office and 15x15 bedroom. They did not make much impact for my fairly open 10x40 basement. But the Costco Lasko ceramic tower, black with angled panel did a pretty good job heating up the basement. But back to the Govee, not much else in the same class on Amazon could heat like the Govee.

Btw, buttons on top control modes and heat levels, but not degree by degree control which can be done only in app. I think you do need to create an account. I set mine to 74 degrees. Once set in app. Next time you turn it on, it remembers, even after unplugging it.
Is the Govee or Dreo quieter on high?

I would get a thermometer with this if you're sitting further than 5-6 ft from the unit as the in unit thermometer only measures the air temp around it. I have mine turn to almost max but it heats my whole office up very well.

I bought the white one last month and have another Govee heater that's more expensive and tall. My question is can you have both on in the same room? Or is that a fire hazard

Ah, good question. The Dreo is a bit quieter in both medium and high settings. Both have 3 settings. Low setting noise is about the same. I do think the Govee heat coming out is a tad hotter.

Just in case for the general public, yes, both are 1500 watts. And same with the 7 other heaters I returned. But the build is clearly different, that the Govee, Dreo, and even the one Lasko I have, all clearly have a hotter heat that blows farther out.

Both worked for me but only on separate orders. When both were in my cart only one coupon registered.

Mine does when it's oscillating. I think it has something to do with the motor that turns it. I don't hear it when that's off.
