Good chance Amazon was matching Home Depot's price, actually. I see HD has free shipping as well, so when it sells out at Amazon, great alternative. Looks like HD has 100 avail for free shipping.

That makes sense for a #4 screw. You don't run them into a 2x4 with an 18V impact. These are more or less for joining 2 thin sheets of metal together.
