Coming from a 2060 Super, with a $400 budget, I'd recommend waiting for RDNA4; nothing new in your price range would really be worth it. If you really need something now, I'd be looking for a deal on the RX 6800 or RX 6800 XT... That would be roughly a 70-90% performance uplift on average.
