So it requires a spectrum mobile and internet plan? Your repost of the T&C answered nothing about the title.

It's been confirmed by multiple people already that the S24 phones are all locked for 60 days. The reps can't unlock it even if they tried.

Please stop lying and giving people false hope.

I ordered mobile through customer care rep in call, she selected as eip even I insisted to pay off the device in full , now when I call her they are saying payoff the device once you receive it, is it fine or should I cancel this delivery and order a new one ?
On a previous offer, I just paid off the device and then had the ability to get the trade in amount all at once

got but what about monthly credits ? so the phone price is 800 currently, so even If I payoff I end up paying 800 only right?

Yes, $800 minus your trade and taxes. You don't pay anything after your trade. They will credit it back into your account or credit card.

So they'd take the phone on the spot, or do you ship it off to Assurant (trade in partner)? I'm curious because I have an old Oneplus with a cracked screen and it technically would meet the promo terms. If spectrum accepts it at the store, would I be in the clear? Ie, ship out to Assurant myself and maintain the 700 promo?

EDIT: looked at trade in FAQ and long terms, and it said that they only take the phones with brands and carriers listed as trade ins (even though mine would have more than 1 dollar worth value lol) and that you can surrender the device on the spot with full amount of trade in value deducted if you do it in store
You will leave the device there to get the instant credit. Worth a shot to try at a store.

Did you already receive the phone from ebay?? I wanna do the same. But when I went online to do the trade in, it is asking for IMEI#.
How should I move forward if it is asking for IMEI#??

Yes you can trade in any phone which is on the list. Just open website and look at the trade in value. You get $805 for iPhone SE 1st gen. Some people are misleading you, you can check yourself.
