Reading the front page, the credit is over 36 months if done online and paid in full? I had assumed this was like the previous S24 that it would be applied immediately. I just didn't want to go in store and find no stock. If this is correct, I need to cancel my orders.

Copied this directly from the T&C:

"Customers who provide trade-in device in store can receive full credit at time of purchase. For customers enrolling in an EIP, credit will be reflected over 36 mos. on the bill statement beginning within 2-3 bill cycles. If mobile service canceled, remaining balance on Device Payment Plan becomes due."

I can confirm. And it wasnt exactly 60, it was a few extra days for some reason. Tried calling, online help etc. They do unlock once you cross the date though. No other hoops.
It was exactly 60 days for my Pixel 8. Once I hit 60 days I did a chat with Support and it was unlocked right away.

I paid in full for the phone online. I didn't do the EIP. But I have to mail in the phone. So does that mean I will get the full credit back instantly?

Did they have the Moto in stock or did they have to ship Razr+ to you?

This is why you had to mail in your trade phone and wait for credit, which can be refunded to your CC.

Once the credit hits your mobile acct., you have to ask the credit be refunded to your CC you used to pay for it. Not automatic.

But it will be the full amount, like the Pixel 8 Pro and S24, right? Spectrum hasn't now switched to where if you place order online, that you are agreeing to 36 months of service credits, even when you pay for the phone in full. Tmobile does this.

Not that I'm aware of, you selected the option full pay when starting your order correct?

DP: razr+ out of stock in Encino store in socal. Also, they won't allow me to trade in my S24 since it's not on the list.
