If I cancel now, will I still get the remaining two credits each remaining month? I didn't pay attention to if I got the 3-month offer or just a 1 month free offer. I have the March 6 next billing date in account details and don't want to get charged on March 6.
If you cancel now, you won't get any more credits. If you're really worried, you can contact CS and ask if you have a 3-month free trial. If they say yes, don't cancel until after you've received and used the third credit; if they say no, then go ahead and cancel now.

Sweet! Another free trial that worked for me! I almost signed up for the $6.95/month for 3 months, but even that is not quite cheap enough to just do it (at $5/mo instead of $15/mo, I'd be a permanent member). So glad I waited!

Warning: For anyone seeing "Your next bill date is: 03-06-2024 or at the end of your free trial, if any.", it may actually only be a one month trial.

After checking with customer support, they showed that my trial was set to end on 3/6, which is only a one month trial, The three month trial is apparently only for truly new (not returning) customers this time, despite the signup page showing three months at checkout.

Cancelled my sub last month so that my last payment was in Dec, and ended Jan 22, and this deal worked for me off the direct Audible link! The Amazon link didn't have the deal for me. Thanks!
Glad you mentioned to try the Audible link as that's what worked for me, thanks!

Thanks. I called and they said I had a 3-month free trial so I will wait until I get the 3rd credit to cancel. I still don't trust them though. lol If they charge me after March 6, I will just argue that I talked to them though.

I did this same deal a few months ago and immediately canceled and didn't get the remaining credits. I didn't call though to see if it was 1-month or 2-month though.

You'll never get the remaining credits on an Audible subscription deal offering more than one month if you cancel before you've gotten all the credits. It's not like, say, if Spotify gave a 3-month trial, you could cancel early and use Spotify for the rest of the three months. This one renews each month when it drops you another credit, and if you cancel, you told it to shut down before the next cycle renews, and you won't get that credit. I set myself an email reminder a couple of weeks before my paid subscription starts to use my credits up, then cancel before I get charged. Actually, I usually set a couple of reminders a week or so apart, just in case I somehow miss the first one or get it but forget to act on it right away.

Then when you click on the deal it should tell you it is only 1 month. Another Amazon scam.

All online - super easy. About 3 or 4 times though you have to say "yes, I actually do want to cancel" and they'll offer discounts, etc. No chat needed though.

Mine said 3 months at sign up but when I looked at my membership it was just 1 month. I'm going cancel after 1 month. A bit of a joke but never mind. I don't want to waste time with chat and calling up .

Mine is only giving me 30 days free trial. I haven't tried Audible in ages.

Don't work for me either. I think they just closed the loophole.
