According to my research, Novaform uses flame-retardant fibers (they did not specify what those are) rather than fiberglass in their mattresses. However, the Novaform website itself does not address the subject of fiberglass at all so I can't say with certainty either way. The website does say their polyurethane foam is made in the US and does not contain any formaldehyde, PBDEs or ozone depleters.

How difficult it is to return an opened mattress in case we don't like it. The webpage says to call customer service for opened mattress.

Can anyone comment if they experienced firmness of this mattress. I prefer on firmer side that doesn't sink at all. This one appears attractive from price standpoint.

This mattress is awful. We gave it 10 days to break in but will be returning it. Good value at $230 for a Cal King but definitely not something to look forward to sleeping on.
