Is the product sold New, and will Apple honor the warranty on this?
How about the return policy?
Any reason to prefer the Air other than the screen size?
Apple... but i agree, spending this much already, might as well get m3pro mbp

If considering the air. Might as well wait a few months, m3 macbook air expected soon.

Wont be doing anything wild on this, it's more for school.
Would prefer the 13" m2 mb air but want 512/16gb min and when getting the air in that config it costs as much as a MBP m3
But I'm curious too about the M3 Air too. While I think it will just be a chip swap, better to know before making any final purchases. However, don't expect Apple to add any more features than what's on the Pro line--they need to give people a reason to pay up.

1500 (no tax) vs 1749+tax ( i think it cost me 1881 OTD )
Just looking for longest life out of the unit.

I think I might be able to hunt a refurbished M2 Pro for this price somewhere..
Is it still worth getting the M3, or is it going to be noticably less performant than the M2-pro chip?
