For anyone who doesn't have access to Samsung EDU/EPP, it's $799 at Amazon and Best Buy right now.

Same price at costco. If you have a card, they have better support if anything happens.

Damn I really wanted to get this monitor almost 4 years ago, now it feels like outdated tech and I just been using the new 27 inch alienware QD OLED 360hz 1440p and its crazy that we finally have a future where we don't really have to compromise with monitors anymore

Sold out for me but they offered this 49" Odyssey G9 G95C DQHD 240Hz 1ms(GtG) DisplayHDR 1000 Curved Gaming Monitor for $100 more and jumped on it.

Currently using 2 of these that I got used for about 500 a piece. They're overkill, but awesome. I'd never pay MSRP. But they're great on a good discount.

Depends on the game. An iPad is good for gaming if you like Candy Crush.

One monitor would be better for WoW, while another would be better for Fortnite.

I was about to say the same thing. Got mine secondhand for $400 and love it, especially for productivity. Gaming is surprisingly fantastic on it too coming from a Samsung 34 inch. That being said, I wouldn't ever pay more than what I did for it, the quality/image just isn't there at $700 or more imo.

I have this monitor from Costco, got it for 500. Absolutely insane. Totally amazing with 1st person shooters, so immersive.

You will be looking at black bars often though, but I know how to fix this.

I will never go back after this!
