If by Chinese you mean one of the most recognizable coffee brands in Italy and Europe, then yes totally Chinese.

It's definitely a good brand on par with Lavazza. They are similar. I like Illy a bit more. It's way more prevalent in Europe in my experience.

Yes, 40% coupon seems to be YMMV but can see the 20% coupon.

I always come back to Illy because their beans and roast are so consistent. At my local grocery store these cans are now 15 bucks. Thanks OP

I don't think you can compare it to a good local roaster. But I can get a decent shot with these when everything is calibrated correctly on my Espresso maker. Even on a pour over. Well worth 8 bucks and some change.

Illy is not owned by Coca Cola. They are a family owned company called Illycaffè. They partnered with Coca Cola to make a coffee energy drink.
