Not really.
The processor on that is newer and more powerful while this one is just a refresh of Zen/Gen 3.

I'd say this one is better value for money.

you also get 32gb and 1tb tho on the 5i deal. imo. that + stronger cpu = worth 140 dollar premium + free 2nd year warranty is peace of mind.
