Unless I use steps 1 and 3 before the shampoo, I don't think the shampoo alone helps with frizz or dry crunchy hair. However 1, 3, and then shampoo works MIRACLES!

Good price, used in many high end salons, especially for 'unnatural' blondes when touching up color. Their #3 is the real miracle worker, once a week. Need to follow the directions to the letter for these products as to application. Using More is not more.

For what it's worth, Olaplex was around and being used even in salons before it became any kind of tik tok thing. When used properly, it can do wonders for over damaged hair.

Didn't this brand get a lawsuit for causing hair loss a little while back? Not sure what the end result was but I know people were upset all over forums regarding that.

I have no idea about that but I decided to try Olaplex recently after my hair started coming out in clumps while using Redken All Soft, which my hairdresser recommended. So far so good and not losing any large clumps of hair.
