Pros -
• Gameplay is excellent. It's always fun to play as Bayonetta. But playing as the new character and big kaiju monsters is fun as well.
• Game respects your time. It's not bloated with needless open-world junk.
• Game can be funny at times. The new character is portrayed as an endearing dorky kid, and will grow on you.
• On default difficulty the game is about same difficulty level as Bayonetta 2, I.e. it's approachable even if you are not a hard-core gamer. That's perfect for me at least.
• Excellent dance sequences in the end. Especially a solo sequence during credits. Whoever they did the motion capture on, is a truly talented dancer.
Cons —
• The game is more demanding resource wise, than what the switch can deliver. You will notice a lot of frame drops and stuttering (especially in the kaiju sequences).
• The story is okay, but the ending is just terrible. It is so bad that some journalists berated the game in their reviews just over the ending. Bayonetta series is one of few ones that I've replayed multiple times. But part of me is hesitant to replay the third one cause I know I'll have to experience that ending again. It's that bad.

I'm a big fan of Bayonetta 1 and 2, and needed 3 in my physical collection.
