But on the topic... Have had the chrome version of one of these for years (I think it has a couple more pickup pattern options than the one in this deal). Does an amazing job for voiceovers and Teams calls. Never used it for any music stuff as I have mics designed for that, but for basic voiceovers, calls and podcasting it does a fine job.
It has a comfortable range, but the further you are from it the more obvious the room echo/resonance will be too. If you're near or far from a mic, it will sound like that.
The USB cord is a typical length, I think like 4 feet… side note, and this is going to sound weird, but I hooked it up to my music DAC/amp instead of a generic printer cable, and the Blue cable was noticeably better.

Another budget USB mic that is often available for $30 that does have a headphone jack for monitoring is the Behringer Bigfoot. Although, it is larger than the Snowball.
Edit: at the time of this post, the Bigfoot is $33 on Amazon.
