Mine says delivered in a few weeks. Considering this is low but not like pricing error low, I'd be kinda steamed if they don't honor this sale.

I'd bet you are right as well. The price is good (my arbitrary cut-off has been $675) but not amazing. Hope it works out for you.

I have two PCs, one with with 3080 10GB LHR and second I just built with 7900XT.
So what can I say? Unless you don't game AAA games in 4K, you are pretty OK to stay with 3080. I play only Escape From Tarkov, and both GPUs doing well in 4K (but 7900XT does better)
