Found these beautiful pliers for $25.97, Klein makes good stuff but these are unique and have pretty cool laser etching on them. Worth it just for the pliers but their uniqueness makes them more desirable. I found these right on the shelf in the new Klein area beside the rest of the tools department. It's funny, I've been to a dozen Lowe's stores and there is never anyone in the dedicated Klein's area of the store. Most likely because they filled their tool boxes during Home Depot's clearance event lol. Anyway, Happy Hunting!

Found these beautiful pliers for $25.97, Klein makes good stuff but these are unique and have pretty cool laser etching on them. For some reason Lowes is trying to get rid off lineman pliers. Wiha, channellock and now Klein it seems (local stores near me are not showing these on clearance though). Wiha is made in Vietnam and Chanellock in USA.

I saw these in a shopping buggy in a Lowes yesterday (N Texas), as if an employee was arranging racks and went on break. One of them had this same price on it. While it was interesting, I'm holding out for 50% off.

I wonder what is the significance of 166 years. Seems like a random number to me. Making room for the 167 year anniversary model?

Marketing department guys must have been desperate to keep their jobs last year and needed to deliver something, anything...best they could do. Could have been worse - Bud Light anyone?

I couldn't find anything on their site but saw 160th and 164th anniversary linesman pliers listed for hundreds. They probably do it every year. Linesman pliers collecting is the new stamp collecting.
