I bought one and have to return it because it's looks beat up. Description says like new condition.
Lots of scratches and scuffs. Buying new is a better deal because you'll get the 30% tax rebate.

Why wouldn't buying refurbished qualify for the tax rebate?

Lol 😂, there is not any kind tax rebate, it should be called tax credit. Tax credit doesn't care for the refurbished or new!
Most people would interpret that refurbished is considered "used (previously owned)". Of course, this credit is so new that no one has been audited yet to know what qualifies or doesn't qualify. I think most people would play on the safe side to assume refurbished is used (previously owned).

No,
Have you ever filed tax return on your own ?
if you did , you know that is a lie!
cgigate, what wording in the filing process for this credit makes you believe that refurbished is not excluded? Or are you just going by the fact that it does not state that refurbished is specifically excluded?

With Anker in this market, do you guys have any recommendation?
I assume I can build this up slowly enough to eventually add a switch over panel to move some of my circuits to being powered when I lose electricity?

Used (previously owned) clean energy property is not eligible.
