With Anker in this market, do you guys have any recommendation?
I assume I can build this up slowly enough to eventually add a switch over panel to move some of my circuits to being powered when I lose electricity?

Most people would interpret that refurbished is considered "used (previously owned)". Of course, this credit is so new that no one has been audited yet to know what qualifies or doesn't qualify. I think most people would play on the safe side to assume refurbished is used (previously owned).
