I'm assuming the 1.8 inch version is similar as it looks exactly the same. I was considering buying as I could use another tape gun but the 1.8 inch difference is causing me hesitation; not 100% sure it will match the quality of the 3 incher.
Speaking of tape; if you have a good relationship with the clerks at your local USPS office try asking for a free roll of Priority Mail Tape. The tape is of superb quality IMO; super sticky and strong.
Just don't use the tape on packages that are not Priority Mail as you will be charged that rate regardless of the service you paid/specified for. For example, receivers of packages with Priority Mail tape sent Ground Advantage will have to pay postage due fees...
This is better than my "good" gun from Staples or Office Depot.
