YMMV, I'm mainly going by the model number that is listed more than once. Works is owned by Positec who has this same impact driver listed on Target [target.com], where it doesn't show the charger etc. either. However, it's listed in the description. This model is also shown the same on Worx [worx.com] but there it lists what's included in the box.
