To be fair, a 1/4 tsp of sea salt = 590mg of sodium.

This sauce with 1 tsp = 475mg of sodium.

I disagree. It is fine tasting (depends on how you like your hot sauce I guess) but it is much hotter than Franks medium hot sauce or buffalo sauce (most people should have an idea of how hot that is). And it is significantly hotter than Franks, not just a little...

It's neither great tasting or spicy! Not a good combo for a hot sauce.

Wow, that's a lot of sodium for a small serving size. In case you need to watch that stuff.

This sauce with 1 tsp = 475mg of sodium.

True.

We are all hungry SDers. A serving of BBQ sauce is typically double this volume than on the label for this product. And I assume people may use this in similar volume to bbq is all.

If it's significantly hotter then I'm out, mild-to-medium wing sauce I love, any hotter than that is too much for me. I would not survive on Hot Ones laugh out loud

All these wing sauces seem like diluted hot sauce with added weird ingredients. I'd just use regular Cholula and melt butter into it, with Franks also if that's too spicy. Fun to make ones own wing sauce with various hot sauce combos and butter.

That does taste better. But I'm looking to cut calories from my diet without compromising taste too much. Great product.

I think this tastes quite good. I prefer to make it myself, but this is quite a bit better than the vinegar heavy sauces. I think it's the arbol peppers that do it.

Here is a classic recipe for four pounds of wings for the adventurous that want to do it themselves:
  • 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Put everything in saucepan and heat over low
  • Whisk until the butter is melted and everything is combined
